Visit/Open House

All candidates for admission are required to visit Greenhills for a day to tour the school, meet with an admission officer and attend classes with an assigned "Greenhills Buddy." Plan to arrive between 8:00-8:15 a.m. in the Admission Office (just inside the flagpole entrance). Be sure to bring your lunch or money to buy lunch. This day-long visit is a great opportunity to see Greenhills in action, ask questions and decide if Greenhills is the right fit for you. Contact Eric Gajar or Susan Strange to arrange a visit.

Each applicant to the 6th grade will be paired with a current 6th grade student, whom you will shadow for the day. During your visit you will be asked to compose a short writing sample from a prompt and complete a math skills worksheet which you will turn in before leaving. Finally, at some point during the day each visitor (grades 6–12) will have a one-on-one interview with a member of the admission staff.

For parents: At 8:20 a.m., a member of the admission staff will host an informal information session in the Admission Office. Please stay for coffee and get your questions answered.
Open House

Experience Greenhills from the inside. Our Open House is a great opportunity to meet faculty from each department and to learn about the excellent academic, athletic, and leadership programs available to Greenhills students. In addition to our faculty, students, alumni, and parents will be on hand to talk to you and answer your questions.

Success begins with superior education. Plan to attend an upcoming Open House.
