Auction Night
Preparation for the Auction is an enjoyable year-long undertaking involving virtually the entire Greenhills community. It takes the combined efforts of more than 150 parent, past-parent, student, alumni, faculty and staff volunteers to create an auction each year.
- Saturday, March 14, 2009, 5:15–11:00PM
- Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center
- Semi-formal (cocktail attire)
- Reservations are $100 per person ($125 after February 20, 2009)
- Hors d'oeuvres served during Silent Auction bidding; cash bar open all evening; four-course meal, with wine, served at 7:30PM.
- Arrive at the Auction early enough to bid on Silent Auction items. Silent Auction sections begin closing at 6:40PM and are completely closed by 7:30PM.
- Seating is at tables of 8 and may be prearranged by request (made on the RSVP card included with your invitation).
There is no obligation to bid during the Live Auction. Your attendance alone supports the school! Simply enjoy the social aspects of the evening, chatting with friends and meeting other parents.
