Day Types
Classes at Greenhills School are on a 10-day schedule. To accommodate longer science labs and special events, the school has four different daily schedules which repeat on a 10-day cycle. There are seven "regular" days, followed by an X, Y and Z day.
For quick reference, the day type for the current day is listed at the top of the website's homepage along with the current day's date. An icon—R, X, Y or Z—appears to the left of the date. Point to and click the icon to view a breakdown of the daily schedule. In addition, the day type is listed for each day in the printable monthly calendar of events view.
