Students have a special schedule for midterm exams occurring December 15–18, with no after-school care. During exam week, students are expected to attend all classes according to the schedules below. Classes start at 9:00am each day for both middle and upper school students.
Middle School
Middle School students will finish classes at 12:30pm, and a grab-and-go lunch will be available. Students should be picked up by 1:00pm.
Upper School
Upper School students will finish classes at 1:00pm, and a grab-and-go lunch will be available. Students do not need to be present for free periods.
Early Arrival and Options for Students Who Cannot Be Picked Up By 1:00pm
We appreciate that not all families are able to make arrangements with work or otherwise to accommodate the exam week schedule. Students are still welcome to arrive as early as 7:00am and, while there will be no After School at Greenhills (ASG), students are welcome to stay and study in and around the All-School Forum until 3:30pm. Please contact Middle School Dean of Students Bridget Maldonado at bmaldonado@greenhillsschool.org if you anticipate your child needing to stay after 1:00pm.
