The upper school and middle school robotics team will host a GLEE (Greenhills Lawnmowers Engineering Equity) meeting to have a zoom conversation with a professional archeologist, Ms. N. Nicole Konkol. Ms. Konkol is the Site Protection Program Administrator for the Kentucky Heritage Council. She will answers questions about her field work and experiences from her 20+ years of experience as an Archeologist. She notes that her most valuable experience is “Helping the light bulb come on for someone else who is or will become passionate about archaeology.” Come and learn more about the ideas that support our archaeology-inspired robotics season where every artifact we uncover holds a story. Each tool, each innovation, each work of art connects us to the people and ideas that came before us. Using STEM skills and teamwork, today we can dig deeper into discoveries than ever before – to become more passionate about archeology yourself.
