Families considering Greenhills School for 9th grade are invited to Discover 9th Grade, an introduction to the academic, extracurricular, and community experiences that define our upper school. You’ll learn how Greenhills combines challenging, engaging academics with the individual attention of small classes and teachers who know their students well—and how students are encouraged to explore their interests, take on new challenges, and become increasingly independent learners.

You’ll also discover the many opportunities available beyond the classroom, from athletics, arts, clubs, and academic teams to research, service, and leadership. And you’ll learn about the network of support that surrounds each student throughout their upper school experience, including advisors, teachers, learning specialists, and a college counseling program that helps students thoughtfully explore who they are, what matters to them, and what they want from life after Greenhills.

Whether your student already knows Greenhills or you’re exploring the school for the first time, Discover 9th Grade is an opportunity to meet members of our community, learn what makes the upper school experience distinctive, and imagine what the next four years could look like here.

Advance registration is encouraged to streamline check-in. Walk-ins are welcome and will be asked to register upon arrival.
