November 10, 5:30–7:30pm
Join the middle school R.O.C.K.S. (Ripples of Caring and Kindness in School) service club for an evening of hands-on service projects that make a difference in our community.
We are so excited to welcome back Kids Coalition Against Hunger for another evening of family volunteering, food packaging, and plenty of fun! Our goal this year is to pack 14,000 meals for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Register here. Families can select one of two food-packaging shifts and enjoy pizza and time with other families before or after their shift. This event will also support two of our long-term local partners, Food Gatherers and Alpha House. Food Gatherers is a local food bank and will receive a third of the packed meals from this event. Alpha House supports children and families experiencing homelessness in our community, and has asked for support in keeping their pantry full with the Alpha House drive. Reach out to Alyssa Friendly with any questions at afriendly@greenhillsschool.org.
