CONTINUING TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS REMOTELY.

Greenhills is built on a strong foundation of relationships. That hasn't changed. Though we can't invite you into our school or host all-day visits for prospective students, we are still regularly meeting with families and admitting students for the 2020-2021 school year.

HOW TO APPLY

Our holistic admission process considers each prospective student's entire application to get a well-rounded picture of who each student is—both in and out of the classroom. We care about more than just your academics; we also care about your character.

To complete the first step in the admission process, click here. Your application will take 24 business hours to be activated. In the meantime, you can schedule your student's interview.

All application materials must be received by one of our two deadlines.

The following elements are part of the application review process:
  1. The Greenhills Application (Personal Information Form)

  2. Student essay/short answer responses

  3. Parent statement

  4. Two teacher recommendations; preferably from a Math and English/Language Arts teacher

  5. Past two years of transcripts from school(s) previously or currently attended

  6. An interview with a member of the Admission staff

  7. Optional: Any additional materials you would like to share that might help us get to know your child, which may include testing results, specialized learning plans, or an example of a favorite project.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
Early Application: December 11

Applicants who apply by our December 11 deadline receive a decision by the end of January. To guarantee you receive a decision at these times, all application materials must be submitted by the deadlines, including applications for financial aid.

An early decision is often helpful for families with a sibling already attending Greenhills, have a potential family move, or may need to notify another school of their departure before that school’s contract deadline.

Families applying for financial aid are also encouraged to submit their application by the early application deadline. The pool of financial aid funds are allocated

Regular Application Deadline: January 28
Families who apply by the January 28th regular deadline will receive an admission decision by early March.

Rolling Applications After January 28
After our January deadline, applications are considered on a rolling basis, and decisions are based on a variety of factors, including space in our classes.

We are now accepting applications!
