Application for Variable Tuition Program
Greenhills utilizes the services of Clarity Tuition to do financial analyses for our variable tuition program. Click here to access Clarity’s helpful user guide. All information from Clarity is kept strictly confidential.

• The application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program, which allows you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time.
• The charge for the application is $65, paid by credit card at the end of the session. After completing the online application you will be able to upload W-2 documents and complete a Form 4506c allowing the system to access your most recent 1040 in the IRS database.
• The online submission deadline for variable tuition applications is the same date as your application to Greenhills.
• Your application is not complete without your most recent tax returns.

Clarity’s Tuition application becomes available on September 29 and must be submitted by January 23, 2026 for 6th grade applicants, January 28, 2026, for pre-K–5th grade applicants, and February 12, 2026 for 7th–12th grade applicants. 

Families of international students are not eligible to receive a variable tuition rate.
