Those of us fortunate enough to work in the building see that spirit every day, in the interactions among students and the deep connections forged between students and faculty. And we also see it reflected in this report, which is full of the names of alumni, current and alumni parents, faculty, family, and friends, all of whom have given generously to support Greenhills.

The Greenhills at 50 capital campaign is updating and expanding key gathering spaces that lie at the heart of the school’s daily life.
With construction of the Wege Gebhardt Library completed in 2017, we turned our focus to the second of three projects: an expanded, full-service kitchen and renovated dining room space. This transformative project included a completely new lunch program that not only provides nutritious meals for every student and member of our faculty and staff, but brings our community together like never before.

During the summer, Greenhills School submitted all financial records and transaction histories for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 to our independent auditor, Plante Moran, PLLC. The audit was conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States. The responsibility of the auditors is to express an opinion on material correctness of financial statements based on their audit.
The audit included examining amounts and disclosures in the financial statements as well as assessing the accounting principles used and the overall financial statement presentation. The audit will be ready for presentation to the Board of Trustees later this fall, and audit reports will be available to our donors in early November. We fully expect to continue to receive an unqualified opinion as to the material correctness of our financial statements.
