The Commencement ceremony for the Class of 2024 will take place at Greenhills under a tent on the lower practice field. The majority of the path to the tent is paved, but guests will need to traverse grass and should wear appropriate footwear (heels are not advised).
Students Arrive by 9:30am
Students should arrive in their caps and gowns no later than 9:30am. The class will gather in the Campbell Center for the Performing Arts for a class photo, then line up alphabetically for the processional.
Seating and Guests
Students will be seated together on stage. General seating is available under the tent. There is no limit on the number of guests families are permitted to bring.
Parking
Parking will be available on campus at Greenhills and along Greenhills Drive, and attendees are encouraged to carpool. Handicap parking will be reserved near the athletics entrance, and golf carts will be available to help guests who need extra assistance traveling to and from the tent.
Live Streaming Video
Commencement will also be live streamed for extended families and the broader community to watch each graduate receive their diploma in real time. You can bookmark and/or share the link to greenhillsschool.org/2024commencement, and the video will go live as the event begins.

Complimentary Photography
Each student will be photographed receiving their diploma. We will also take a Class of 2024 group photo, and a cap-toss photo following the ceremony. All photos taken during the event will be made available to families in digital format at no charge, and options to order printed photos will also be available.
Guests are asked not to stand up or move to take photos. Doing so is disruptive, blocks the view of other guests, and interferes with the professional photographers who will be taking photographs of all graduates.
