After five years of “amazing activism,” juniors Rhiannon Tomtishen and Madison Vorva’s campaign against the Girl Scouts has finally paid off: Last week the Girl Scouts organization announced it would limit the use of (orangutan-habitat-destroying) palm oil in its iconic cookies.
