Golf, Soccer Advance to Regionals/Two Place in State Track Meet

Last week was a winning week for Greenhills athletics, with both boys’ golf and girls’ soccer advancing to their respective regional competitions and two students placing at the state track and field meet.

On Friday, the boys’ golf team won the district championship in Adrian by 17 strokes. Henry Do was the medalist at 65 (6 under), while Curtis Heisel finished 4th overall with a 78, Travis Hindle placed 7th with an 81, Sean Saint shot a 91 and Andrew Khouri had a 97 for a team total of 315.

Next up is the Regional Tournament this Thursday, June 9 at Westwynd Golf Course in Rochester beginning at 9:00 a.m.
